Webzen pissing me off.

Webzen, creator of the really cool MMORPG, Mu, is once again pissing everyone off because of their extreme incompetence. They allow to many hackers on the Maya server, which I play on, and the Hackers caused a server crash which Webzen said they'd fix by 1 p.m. Korean Standard time. Yet, here I am at 1 am. EDT, with no Maya server and I'm gettin mad. Another announcement from them stated that they underestimated their incompetence and the Maya server won't be back up until 6 pm. KST [groan....] Why can't Webzen kill the hackers so they don't have to worry about having them crash the servers. Right now, only Wigle is up, which BTW sucks.

Well, I'm pleased to announce that phase 1 of my plan to have fun is complete. I have received LotR:RotK for the computer. Whether I can get good enough quality items to complete phase 2 is yet to be seen. I will not reveal the 2nd or 3rd phases, but people will have a lot of fun at my house once all is complete.

Well, exams finally eneded toda with Global, which was fairly easy, 'cept the reading comprehension which was all weird and stuff and i had no attention span for it at all, but its gone.
3-Day weekend now cuz of MLK Jr. Day.

Well, the dishwasher still isn't fixed, they say they need a new computer chip for it or something.
I now hate Staples. I went there today after I got off the train, they had absolutely nothing I was looking for. All they had were 56K modems, faxes, and printers, totally useless for me now. I was looking for game controls for computer and a WiFi card or games for my Palm. They had nothing. i hate them, gonna shop online now for that stuff

Math mid-term was kinda easy, almost as long as english, caught the 1:54 as usualy at fordham rd.
calculator was a big help, was able to answer questions about lines with 0 slope easily.

Well, this is just great, my dishwasher has broken, my parents have made me the "designated dish washer", which is another word for slave who washes the dishes

Weekend of Study (not really)

Well, I just finsished a big study session for bio, i took mr. G's advice on doing the short answers. I also did some latin. But mostly, I played SW:KotOR trying to beat it for the second time.
I also, did some minor upgrades to my friend's singapore gallery. I also learned BB Code, it is really cool.
I'm also starting to learn php so i can do sites.
Well, i might not be updating for a while cuz i have exams this week... so thats why

Review Day

Well, today was review day. Here's what happened.
8.40- First bell rings; i try to get some good latin review by running to mr. mari's latin review. when i got there, the room was packed, then i ran to mr. gonzalez's room, door was shut for the same reason. so i just spent period 1 looking for my cell (which fell out of my pocket in the Ministry center, someone found and gave it to mr. deane. he was cool and gave it back to me.) and talking [computer center wasn't open yet, idk why]
9.25- Now i try to get to mrs. hEnry's A2H review, I was waiting outside the door b4 the bell, so i was able to make this one. Definately what I did not except, I thought she was gonna teach us stuff, instead she just answered questions (which helped) but that room got packed quickly.
10.10- Next, I run to room 216 hoping to get a seat in Mr. Pettus's review so I dont have to wait 'till later. I get in, the thing only lasted 15 minutes. He gave us the format of the test and we gave him any worked we owed him. Also, he had a girl, so me and Engelhart get E.C. (we were like the only people in the class to get it) Petuss also brought in his 2 year old son. He was cool
10.55- I hurry over to Mr. Gonzalez's room hoping for this to be the last review of the day. Only about 10 people showed up for it. Gonzalez arrived 1 minute late carrying a Hamburger (So much for Mad Cow disease) But we just talked about the test and watched a quick movie. That was over at about 11:30.
After that, I just went to the Commons to get the rooms for my exams. Then, I looked around to see if there was anyone to talk to or hang out with in the Comp Cent. [I guess CE, TD, SK, RK, RP] were staying latter even tho dobbins and rich palkhiwala ( they stayed later and i couldnt find them) were in my bio session with me. i guess everyone else on my list had left or was in a class.

Then, I walked down to Fordham Road, got the station at about 11:51 and then got on the 11:54 for Larchmont, got into Larchmont at about 12:15, next I walked home, no one was around, and then well thats another story....

I got a lot of Bio and Global hw too. revise essay, christmas assignment, ect....

Back to School

Coming back to school wasn't as bad as I thought it could be. But Mrs.Henry dumped a whole lot of Algebra 2 Honors work on us for homework.

Mr. Beck seemed in a pretty good mood, except he said he was going to make us work hard for the religion exam.

Mr. Gonzalez has jury duty. No Bio today :). He might be out for a while, which is good and bad. Good= Free Period | Bad=No Review

Fr. Cregan came back and wasn't in the hospital. Mentor and English were OK with him today. My team lost in the review game though,

Not much else happening. I might upload some more PNGs to Singapore @ CTE Net if I have time. Plus, I might get the installer for the Earthviewer from my dad, if he leaves his computer.....

Last Day

Yep. This is the last day of Winter Vacation. I have to go back to school tomorrow. I got most of my studying done that I had planned for the vacation. But I guess it was overall, pretty good, despite some of the, unfortunate, things that happened. (Suspension from CTENET)

Desert Strom. Mission Status: Dead

The last balloon of Project Desert Storm blew up this morning inder high winds and cold temperatures. I have pulled in most of the remains. However, a few dead balloons are still in the trees... floating over my neighbors house. I'm sure they'll like it when they notice it.

8 Hours of Computer Games Straight

Well, yesterday i think i played on the computer for the longest time straight for my self from 18:00-2:00. It was fun. I was just playing Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, which is quite a good game. Nothing much excitiing is happening here in Larchmont.

Partial Success on Project Desert Star

Project Desert Star has had a partially success. I was able to get 2 ballons stable in the air at about 70 feet. This is by far the best project ever. Project Silver Moon, its predaccessor, went MIA overnight a while ago. It only acheived a height over about 30 feet, but I had no control of it. This first project, Eagle Eye, was a very costly failure. All 10 balloons were destroyed within 5 minutes after lift off. This was due to an unpredictable wind and a tree. Hopefull, if Desert Star last into New Year's Day I will consider it stable enough to send it equipment for monitoring on them.
